COLD BREW SOUR

Difficulty – Intermediate 

Ice – Big ice cube 

Glass – Old Fashioned 

Garnish – Lemon zest  

Method – Shake

Ingredients

40 ml Mode Cold Brew Concentrate

50 ml Naked Grouse

30 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

30 ml Spiced Orange Cordial

SPICED ORANGE CORDINAL

Ingredients

1,5 dl Sugar 

1 dl Freshly squeezed orange juice

25 Cloves

1 Cinnamon stick (5cm)

1 Dried pomeranian shell

Method

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat during stirring until the sugar has resolved. 

Rest during 6h in room temperature with the lid on.
