This is Ludvig Heden, Bar Manager at Hallwylska. During December, Hallwylska is busy serving hundreds of guests every day at one of Swedens biggest traditions called ”Julbord”, where you gather all your friends, foes and loved ones to indulge in a big christmas meal. Ludvig and his forward thinking team has really taken it to the next level with adopting two cold brew cocktails into their Christmas menu seen here: Christmas on the Rocks and a traditional Espresso Martini on cold brew.
