Ingredients

30ml Mode Cold Brew

35ml East India Arrak

25ml Licor 43

25ml Roasted Lemon Juice*

15ml Demerara Sugar Syrup

SPROUD Foam** Top

*Roasted Lemon Juice is roasted in coconut oil in a pan until the surface reaches half dark color. Reason – Not too sour flavour and instead caramelized flavor.

**The Foam is made in a siphon and charged twice. It contains 12cl Egg Whites, 5cl Coconut Cream, 5cl Sproud (which is a vegan milk made from peas and is very rich in protein)
